2. Data Collected

• Vendor information: Name, address, PAN, Aadhaar, GST, bank account, business license.
• Candidate data: Resume, educational documents, ID proofs, employment history.
• System data: IP address, login activity, communication records.

3. Purpose of Data Usage

• Vendor verification and background checks
• Sharing candidate profiles with clients.
• Payment processing and commission calculation
• Legal compliance and fraud prevention

4. Data Protection Measures

• All sensitive data (bank details, Aadhaar, PAN) is encrypted.
• Access to data is restricted to authorized Company staff only.
• Regular audits are conducted to ensure compliance 

5. Sharing of Data

• Data may be shared with clients, background verification partners, and legal authorities if required
• Data will never be sold to unauthorized third parties.

6. Retention & Deletion

• Vendor and candidate data will be retained for minimum 5 years for legal and business records.
• Vendors can request deletion of their personal data upon termination, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Your Rights

• Vendors can access, correct, or request deletion of their data by contacting the Company.
• Vendors can withdraw consent, but this may terminate their vendor relationship
