Terms & Conditions (T&C)

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the relationship between Karthikeya HR Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) and the registered Vendor (“You”). By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Vendor Registration

  • Vendors must provide accurate business or individual details including PAN, Aadhaar, GST (if applicable), and bank account details.
  • Submission of forged, incomplete, or misleading documents will lead to immediate rejection or termination.
  • Vendor approval is subject to document verification and background checks by the Company.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must submit genuine, verified candidate profiles only
  • Vendors must maintain professionalism while interacting with candidates and clients
  • Vendors should not charge candidates any fees unless explicitly permitted by the Company.
  • Duplicate or fraudulent submissions will result in blacklisting.

4. Commission & Payments

  • Vendor commissions are defined per client and per job role in the portal
  • Commission will only be paid if:
  • 1. The candidate successfully joins the client
  • 2. The candidate completes the minimum working days (as defined in job-specific terms).
  • Payment timelines: Commission will be released within 30–45 days after candidate completion verification.
  • Payments will be transferred to the registered vendor bank account only. 
     

5. Confidentiality

  • Vendors must not disclose job descriptions, salary details, or client information to third parties
  • Vendors cannot use Karthikeya HR Services’ name or client name for personal gain without written consent.

6. Termination of Vendor Agreement

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor access in case of: o Breach of these T&C. o Fraudulent activities or repeated non-performance.
  • Any pending commissions may be withheld in case of proven fraud.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion.
  • If unresolved, jurisdiction will lie with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana
